Your responsibilities:

• Active search and attraction of new partners: doctors, clinics, laboratories, medical products

• Conducting presentations, negotiations, building trust in products, and using a scientific approach

• Preparation of commercial proposals, conclusion of agreements, and client support

• Market analytics, study of customer needs, participation in the development of a sales communication strategy

• Work with CRM, reporting, participation in team meetings, and strategic sessions

• Representation of the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Your skills:

• 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical/laboratory/biotech or related fields

• Ability to build relationships with clients: from the first contact to long-term cooperation

• Good presentation skills, negotiation skills, competent oral and written language

• Self-organization, initiative, and  strategic thinking

• Willingness to dive into new expertise (scientific basis, microbiome, personalized approaches)

• Knowledge of English at the level for communication with international partners will be an advantage
