PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

The privacy of visitors to our website https://app.ediens.me/ is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This privacy and cookie policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains what we will do with your personal information. This Policy applies only to information collected on our website https://app.ediens.me/, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of third-party websites.

1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS
1.1. “Website” (hereinafter – the “Site”) refers to the informational resource on the Internet hosted at https://app.ediens.me/ containing text, graphical, and other information perceived as a unified whole and supported by a complex of system software tools.
1.2. “Site Owner” (hereinafter – the “Owner”) refers to Ediens LLC, the owner and controller of the personal data of the Users of the Site.
1.3. “User” refers to any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age permissible for accepting the Offer Agreement posted on the Site and this Policy.
1.4. “Personal Data” refers to information or a combination of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. While using the Site, we may automatically collect information related to your use of the Site.
2.2. We may collect, store, and use the following types of personal data:
2.2.1. Information about your computer, including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, and operating system;
2.2.2. Information about your visits to and use of this Site, including referral source, visit duration, page views, and Site navigation paths;
2.2.3. Information contained in any correspondence you send us by email or through our Site, including its content and metadata;
2.2.4. Information about your name, surname, phone number, email address, communication address, height, weight, waist and hip circumference, average sleep duration, weekly food budget, and blood test results, which is health-related information;
2.2.5. Any other personal information you send us, including your email address.
2.3. Before providing us with the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person’s consent for both the disclosure and processing of their personal information in accordance with this Policy.
2.4. When you visit the Site, a connection is established, access to the data on the Site is provided, and a log file is created, which may contain:
Date and time of access to the Site;
IP address from which access was made;
Data or file name you accessed on the Site;
Time spent on the Site;
The name and version of your browser and operating system;
The name of the website you visited before the Site.
This information is used to improve the Site's performance, ensure security, and protect it from external attacks. The data in the log file cannot be used to identify you and is only used for the purposes outlined in this Policy and is not transferred to third parties except in cases outlined in Clause 7.2 of this Policy.

We do not collect or process your personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or ideological beliefs, party or trade union membership, criminal convictions, or health, sexual life, biometric, or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data").
2.8. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.9. The Company processes User personal data only when filled out and/or submitted by the User voluntarily through special forms posted on the website https://app.ediens.me/. By filling out these forms and/or submitting personal data, the User agrees to this Policy.
2.10. The Company does not process data related to racial or national identity, political views, religious or other beliefs, and membership in public organizations. Information that characterizes the physiological features of Users, based on which their identity can be established, is also not processed.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The processing and storage of personal data provided are carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the operation of the Site's services is located. Personal data provided may be processed and stored in the Personal Data Database or a separate table of the Site's Database.

4. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA USE
4.1. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
Conducting laboratory research on the biological material provided by the User or persons indicated by the User;
Obtaining additional useful information related to laboratory research results and the User's health condition;
Identifying the client as a User of the website;
Contacting the User, including for the provision of services;
For accounting purposes;
Processing payments, sending, and conducting financial transactions;
Providing reports, accounting, and management records;
Creating and implementing loyalty and bonus programs;
Sending mailings via mail, email, or phone, including commercial offers, promotional messages, and Society news;
Improving service quality;
Administering the Site and our business;
Personalizing the Site for you;
Providing third parties with statistical information about our users (without identifying any individual user);

6.2. The use of these services is necessary for the operational analysis of Site visits, internal and external evaluation of Site visits, page views, and User activity. The data obtained by these services are not stored or processed by us.
6.3. If for any reason you do not want the services specified in clause 6.1 of the Policy to access your personal data, you may clear cookies on your browser at your discretion.

7. INTERACTION OF THE OWNER WITH THIRD PARTIES CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA
7.1. We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is required by Ukrainian law, at the request of the data subject, or in other cases specified in this Policy. We understand that personal information is a value and an inalienable content of personal non-property rights of any individual, and we take all possible measures to protect your personal information.
7.2. Access to your personal data may be granted to our authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of User personal data, as well as third parties providing support and administration services for the Site or other services related to the activities of the Owner. Our authorized employees and/or third parties under the agreements concluded with us are obliged to comply with all the requirements of Ukrainian legislation regarding the protection of User personal data and their confidentiality.
7.3. The Site may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When following a link to other websites, the provisions of this Policy will no longer apply to such websites. We recommend that you review the privacy and personal data protection policies of each website before submitting any personal data that may identify you.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. We use commonly accepted standards of technological and operational information protection and personal data protection from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction, but we do not guarantee absolute security against any threats arising outside our control.
8.2. We ensure the implementation of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal disclosure or processing of such information and data, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
8.3. We have the right to disclose personal data without your consent in cases defined by current Ukrainian law and only if it is necessary for national security, economic welfare, or human rights protection.

9. TERMS OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
9.1. The procedure for access to personal data by third parties is determined by the terms of the User's consent provided to the Owner for the processing of these data or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
9.2. You have the right to receive any information about yourself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that your surname, name, patronymic, place of residence (location), and details of the document identifying the person making the request are specified, except in cases established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.3. Access to personal data about yourself is provided free of charge. Delay in access to personal data is not allowed. Delay in access to personal data by third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
9.4. A notification of the delay is provided in writing to the third party who submitted the request, explaining the procedure for appealing such a decision.
9.5. Refusal to access personal data is permitted in the manner prescribed by current Ukrainian legislation if access to them is prohibited in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data."
9.6. The decision to delay or refuse access to personal data may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AS A USER (SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA)
10.1. As a User (subject of personal data), you have the right to:
Know the sources of collection, location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location of the Owner or provide appropriate instructions to obtain this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data";
Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your personal data are transferred;
Access your personal data;
Receive a response about whether your personal data are being processed within thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data," and also receive the content of such personal data;
Submit a reasoned request to the Owner with an objection to the processing of your personal data;
Submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of your personal data if they are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
Protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing inaccurate data or data that tarnish your honor, dignity, and business reputation;
File complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, the court, or another similar authorized body in your country;
Use legal remedies in case of violation of Ukrainian law on personal data protection;
Make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process your personal data at the time of granting consent;
Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
Know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
Be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for you.

11. COOKIES
11.1. Our Site uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
